Telehealth Support

Telehealth is a service delivery model that is used to provide skilled therapy using video conferencing. This delivery model provides the same quality care as an in-person visit but can be delivered to you in the convenience of your home or office, and saves money and time on transportation.

We provide options to evaluate and treat clients in-person or virtually with the highest quality care. We have appointments readily available. Please contact us for an appointment by clicking on the “BOOK” button at the top of the page.

New! Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a system of psychological techniques that retrain the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body more accurately, helping to break the pattern of chronic pain.

Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Process

When we receive a referral, we contact the referring organization to learn more about your needs and to review any documentation.

We contact you to book an appointment for an initial assessment.

Our initial assessment will cover the reason for the referral, which may be specific or general (e.g. functional assessment).

A complete assessment covers functions in self-care, productivity and leisure activities, and any relevant environmental, social, or institutional influences or barriers that are preventing you from living your life.

We complete and submit an assessment report with recommendations for equipment and/or treatment. We also consider additional services as needed.
